Brenda's Story
Larry and I were married May 1,1965. Larry was selected for pilot training. We moved to Big SPRINGS, TEXAS for training. Afterword we were stationed in Blythville, Arkansas. He received orders to VietNam where he spent the next year. I made our home down the raod from Elvis. We already had a son, three and a half years old. I had a girl while he was still in NAM. We moved to Columbus, Ms., where our lives really began. While in Columbus I took up golf, to my surprise, I was good, I played for a couple of years and won my first base chgampionship. After this base we left for Alaska. Hard to play golf in the snow. Lived there 3 years. Great place to live, learned to snow ski.

and then commercial properties. Later I owned a baby and childrens clothing store, while doing this I tried designing children's clothing, loved it. My husband flew for United Airlines for 16 years then he retired 6 years ago. Now he is working for the military, Civil Service position training students in simulator. Teaches them to fly without buying the farm, before they get in a multi million $ airplane.
I always wanted to do clothing design. My family thought that was out of my league. Now I design for private individuals and my grand children. The twins are six. Riley sings and acts in local theaters. He just did the King and I, in the Ford Center. (University of Mississippi. In February he was nominated for, A Christmas Carol. Won an Allie award, for acting and singing, in 2010. His twin sisters are now acting in little theater also.
